Yes, you can check out physical and digital magazines from the library. You can search for physical and digital magazines in our catalog.
- Tip: If you're having trouble finding a magazine by title in our catalog, search by "start of title," or limit your search results by Format > More > Magazines. Click Apply.
Currently you cannot place holds on physical magazine issues, but you can ask library staff to look up an issue for you and have it sent to the library of your choice for pickup.
We also have digital magazines available for checkout online through Libby, PressReader, and hoopla. These magazines are always available - no holds and no waiting! You can also use the Libby app or the hoopla app to check out digital magazines.
Magazine checkout periods:
- Physical magazines: 21 days, renewals allowed
- Libby: 21 days
- hoopla: 7 days, using a magazine BingePass
- PressReader: Read online
